At RevMasters Racing Hub, we strive to provide an exceptional racing experience for all our members. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining the quality and integrity of our services. Refund Eligibility Membership Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable after the first 30 days of membership. If you choose to cancel your membership within 30 days, you will receive a full refund. Event and Simulator Bookings: For event or simulator bookings, a full refund will be issued if cancellations are made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Purchased Goods: Products, such as collectible games and racing gear, can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unused and in their original condition.
